Refund & Return Policy

At Metanoia CBD™ Olive Oil, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at agalal@metanoiacbdoliveoil.com and we will be happy to assist.

Return Eligibility

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened, unused, and sealed condition to qualify for a refund.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may be applied to approved returns to cover processing and handling costs.

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at agalal@metanoiacbdoliveoil.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned.
